Do I sound like a broken record yet? But seriously! Jill Schwartz the amazing jewelry designer of "Elements" has come up with a do it yourself jewelry making line for Target. YIPPEE! This means, for all my fellow "wish I could design my own jewelry" friends, now we can!!!! I'm so thrilled!
